Should He Sue Noida Police?

After spending 50 days in judicial custody, Dr Rajesh Talwar, father of Aarushi, walked out a free man on Saturday as the CBI let him off citing lack of evidence against him to extend his custody. After all those wrongful accusations against him, which tarnished his reputation… should he sue Noida police? I think he should. Incompetent and corrupt police officials should be punished in the court of law and not simply suspended.

  1. not only the police but also the press and people who has given comments that the father is guilty. without giving any evidence how a person can be commented. I shall say those who has commented had been paid to comment like that (of course without any evidence)
