Getting unsolicited marketing calls day in day out? If so, below is a list where you can de-register your phone number so that you don’t get any more calls. It takes 45 days to come into affect though. For more info you can visit the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC Registry) maintained by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

    The ICICI site does not work.

    Is this page being monitored or updated?

  2. Tata AIG links to their customer care page, as i could not find a dedicated Do Not Call page for them. It has the customer care email address so at best you would need to email them. As for ICICI, the website is working and they have a form you can download and send.

    The above list is NOT perfect and with time there could be some broken links etc, if you think something is wrong or outdated please email me about it and i will update it on this page. Thanks

  3. I am just a little taken aback by the 45 days it takes you guys to get this activated. I mean seriously .. is someone going to climb a tower and fix a wire or something ????
    Its the fatafat generation boss … computers and systems work with trun around time in minutes / hours.

    stepped up telecom terrorism in persuit of unhealthy competition. The nation should deal with them

    All above are too old and outdated responses. Here is the latest. My mobile was registered with DND two years ago. PEL SOFTLABS, located in Vikaspuri, New Delhi provides bulk SMS services. We cannot know which SMSs were booked through them. Those apart, PEL SOFTLABS sent me three own spans on three consecutive days through TataIndicom Andhra Pradesh Message Center. About 10 lakh messages are sent at a time, costing the sender about Rs one lakh. In the process, PEL SOFTLASBS pays Tata Indicom several lakh rupees every day. In view of my pending complaint, PEL SOFTLABS has to pay Vikaspuri Police several thousand rupees every day. The silent partner is Chief Minister YSR’s Non Genuine Organisation. Tata Indicom gives NGO free SMS service to use Abdhra Pradesh as Terrorist Hub. Some messages are sent on behalf of foreigners for recruitment of terrorists. With such huge transactions, TRAI imposes a penalty once in several months – penalty value : Rs100/- Medium : Rs500 Heavy : Rs1000
