Water water everywhere & not a drop to drink!

Who says there is water problem in Delhi? Actually i wanted to show the state of the road near the Delhi Jal Board office in Vasant Kunj, the road has been perpetually covered with water since the last few years. Calling it a road is giving it credit as it’s is nothing more then stones and mud binded together with water.

The water is because that is a refilling station for the DJB tankers which supply water to the nearby colonies when there is a shortage, however the refilling station is built right next to the road instead of being inside the DJB premises. Why would DJB not have it inside? Well… i guess they want to wash their dirty linens on the road. 😉
