Take a look at the parts I have highlighted in Red.

It offers added benefits of

– prompt service
– hasslefree process
– fair & cashless settlements

Shouldn’t all the 3 highlighted points be included in the basic benefits anyways? Why are they “added” benefits? If I were to go in for a Mediclaim, I would assume that the company has prompt service and a fair claim and not that it is an added benefit… as if they are doing me a favor.

This makes me wonder what the fine print would be like.
