Faulty Whirlpool Washing Machines

This is regarding my purchase of fully automatic washing machine H65. In whirlpool records my name is Jay Raju (one of the compliant nos In0507003514). They first took 10 days to send demo person and when he opened its found that they sent me the damaged piece.They took another 10 days to replace. Then 3 days for demo person to install and did not give demo as there was no power at that time. Later he came next day on my call and found that its again damaged piece. Its not selecting right water level and control panel is bad. Now i asked for exchange again but he said he is not sure but will replace the panel. Its already 7 days but no response.
I complained thrice or more and they say they received only one complaint and they will send engineer. They say that they have checked it before delivering and its new piece but i think that they sent some used piece which they exchanged with some other customer. Or another damaged piece which was badly repaired and was delivered as new.When i complain they say the manager is in meeting or is busy and when i shout they say they cant do anything and it takes time to attend people.
They say they are not bothered even if i go to consumer court as that takes lot of time. Hence i request readers to be careful before buying whirlpool products.
