    This is Christopher,Prop for G.L ENTERPRISES(AIRTEL MOBILE PCO DISTRIBUTOR),Tuticorin.Some months before,I needed the broadband connection for my Business development,so i have selected your network instead of bsnl broadband,but now i turned my opinion into bsnl,because of your cheating upon me.

    I applied for the Airtel Broadband for PLAN 555 in December and i got your service in no:04614550084 after some days.Then first three months i got the minimum billing of Rs.624/- . Then in the fourth month i have used the net as i used in the previous months,but the amount has been increased to Rs.724/-.But in the next(fifth) month,they billed me Rs.1700/- for the normal usage itself.Really i didnt expect this much amount as the bill.Then i asked the local Franchisee about this improper billing.They didnt respond me well.So i decided to not to pay the fifth month bill.But i got the sixth month bill as Rs.698/-.Then i didnt pay that bill also.Then they frequently called me and asked me to pay the two months bill.

    After some days the Airtel Representative came to my office and told me that We will waver(reduce) your bill upto Rs.1700 instead of Rs.2398(1700+698),We will put you in the PLAN 799 and they told me to pay the bill and We will release the OG within two days .Then i payed the amount Rs.1700 through the AXIS BANK Cheque with no.089801 dated on 15.07.2008.The amount has been credited in your account.But they didnt release the OG as they said, till now.Then I called to your office everyday and asked about the OG release.But they post-ponded the date and insulted me.So i got very angry after these incidents from your service.Then i decided to collapse your network as much i can.

    [Note:I have recommended some new lines to your network and i got that commission DD from you for those recommended lines.But I have already converted some lines and now i am converting AIRTEL POST-PAID PCO into AIRTEL MOBILE PCO PRE-PAID.This will be continue till i will get my line back.]

    Now I lost my patience with your services.So i want you to take immediate action on this complaint and give my line back as soon as possible.If i didnt get back my line after this complaint,i will take legal action against you.

    You are advertising Your network as No.1 Broadband Service,But i experienced that Airtel Service is the Very Worst Service that i have ever seen.

I applied for the Airtel Broadband for Unlimited750 plan in June and for the past two months my internet is not working and when i gave my id and password in yahoo as well as gmail it is not opening and immediately my modem will get restarted several times immediately i gave complaint to customer care but they said problem is in your computer because virus has been infected so i called some hardware engineer to reinstall my computer and they charged Rs.2000 for me and then also my internet is not working and my landline is not working and the modem is always restarting and internet is not working properly and then i have complaint to customer care and then they came on the next day and they rectified the problem in the afternoon and then on the same day in the evening i started to check but the internet is not working properly but landline and i called the customer care they said that the link is not working properly and said some tips internet got worked and on the next day itself landline has not worked and the modem is again restarting now and the internet is not working properly till now.

    i have registered for Airtel Broadband combo plan.they collected the money from my father and assured that they will give the connection in three days..but many days have been passed away…when i try to contact them,they
    didnt attend the call and if they attend ,they are not responding well..i am very much disappointed.i have tried to contact your head office at bypass road,madurai,tamil nadu.They are not behaving in a responsible manner.

    Complaint on Airtel Broadband.

    Myself bought a modem of Rs.2999.00 at Jorhat before 45 days and also get a connection from Airtel No.89915600000001655445. But I am unhappy in your service due to I can’t open any html page todate and it is a useless things in present situation. I have repeated complained at the Jorhat office they replied me they can’t do anything on it and unable to refund the amount. I need the refund of money which I paid as cost of the modem which I will return them at the time of refund.

No proper person is responsible when ever i call some executive answers and tells madam your problem will be solved but the remains like that. I thought it a waste to ta;k to them. I need a concerned person to the matter and solve the problem

  7. I cancelled my Airtel Combo plan (Landline+Broadband), A/c#13099554; Ph-01140536440 and returned my modem (Ref#602692)on 24/02/09 as per conversation with Ruchika Reqst#66572792. Also I’ve paid all my o/s bills, still I’m getting bills from Airtel? How come the account is still active and the bill is generated? This is really a pathetic situation.     I booked a Airtell connection one month befor and paied the initial payment… but till today Airtel has not given the connection and their customer care doesn’t have curtecy to call me and inform about the delay. I have never experienced such a irresponsible company airtel would be.

    Please don’t book any more connectins with them their customer care is very very poor and they don’t respond to the customers most of the times they keep changing their mobile numbers.

  9. We applied two internet connections on 28th May, 2009 and the same were installed and commissioned on 30th May, 2009. We found their services quite efficient.We will recommend all my friends that Airtell Services is efficient and better than many.

    Dear Airtel CC executive,

    Your executive by name Raju (mobile No.9000539176) who took the necessary documents for Airtel Broadband connection, kept on giving me false promises that the connection will be given in 1 day. But, even after 4 days, I was not given connection. He also doesn’t respond to my phone call. Despite of explaining my need of urgency, he continues to ignore customer’s needs. I tried him calling almost 50 times in these 4 days, but no response from him. Kindly see through that I get the connection immediately. Otherwise, it will create a bad impression on Airtel services not only in our Apartment, but also in that whole area.

Your executive by name Omparkash (mobile No.09871432848) who took the necessary documents and Chq of Rs.1500 (Cleared from A/c)for Airtel Broadband connection, kept on giving me false promises that the connection will be given in 1-2 day. But, even after 22 days, I was not given connection. He also doesn’t respond to my phone call. Despite of explaining my need of urgency, he continues to ignore customer’s needs. I tried him calling almost 150 times in these 22 days, but no response from him.We have already two connections in my office. Kindly look into this so that I get the connection immediately. Otherwise, it will create a bad impression on Airtel services.

  13. I had applied airtel Broadband connection on 23.06.2009 by 7.30 by paying cheque my SEF No. CH 872907 my name is G.Bhaskaran my mobile is 9840697444. I thaught that the person is from airtel directly after wards only when i enquired that he is DSA – Rock Solutions – RS0001. their land line phone no. is 43314085. When we tried they asked the following question whenever you are trying the phone no.
    1. What is your name and your address?
    2. When you applied and what SEF no.?
    3. Then they will tell they want to check the status they need 5 minutes and they will tell you that they will call me…. but they will like “Stone put on the Well”.
    4. Their will be no response from them “Award has to be given to them as “good customer service” then only Airtel will grow from such a mass good services rendered by them.
    5. Whenever we trying the phone to them they cut the phone or they put the phone is as busy.

    I have complained several times as per details below regarding refund of my 500rs paid by cheque no 130539 drawn on punjab national bank chennai for getting a broadband connection in my wife s name [sheetal r ]. one highly irresponsible person mr jai whose mobile no is 9789978437collected the cheque from my residence.i had given the cheque on 18/5/09 he promised me the connection within a week, he failed to do so . I asked for refund but he is not responding.I complained over the phone as follows

I am really frustrated because of airtel ,,there are bunch of big frauds and cheats in the airtel…One represenatative collected the cash of Rs1000 from me,promising the broadband connection and after he never turned up…When I tried calling him ,he will bluff that he has arranged for the launch of broadband connection .when I called cust care ,they said they dont give service to that area ,so I asked for the refund of my money,Even for that they dont respond.God only knows when they will refund my money…

    On Saturday the 11th of July 09 one executive Mr. Srinivas executive came to my place at DDA Flats Munirka New Delhi as I needed broadband connection urgetntly because my son who is in Chandigarh in Infosys come and he needs the net. This I had told the executive he promised that the broadband will be installed positively by 14th of July 09. Today is 18th of July 09 nobody has informed me as to what the problem is why broadband is not installed I had called your customer care No. and had talked to Mr. Shohbhit at Okhla no. and he told that it will be installed soon. Than I took Mr. Jatin on 41614777 at nodal office he said broadband will be installed soon. He will revert back to me and give a feedback than I called Mr. Bharat in Okhla office 44441111 and lastly I talked to Mr Deepak Kumar on 9818700687 he also promised to do the needful. Till date I have to receive a feedback from Airtel. Sucah a horrible, worst, garbage and rotten service from Airtel. If such big bosses cannot tell or detect the problem than only god can save Airtel not a human being.     I am using your airtel broadband 799 Ploan. Last month I recd a bill for Rs.4000/- and odd in which usage of broadband was amounting to 2670/-. When I went through the details of broadband usage, out of 10 days 6 days it had indicated that I had used my broadband services for 45000 seconds one day and 35000 second and 54000 seconds and so on. The story is when my computer went out of order I informed your people that I do not require the broadband services and they advised me to go for Rs.250 plan so that once my computer is rectified, I can go back to 799 plan without any hindrance. But they did not inform me in case my computer is rectified and if I start using it I may have to pay very high charges. However, even when I was under 799 plan never I have used for so many seconds what had been indicated in your bill. I made several complaints but it was only waste of time. Ultimately I paid the bill and the reconnection has not been restored just because there is one more bill after this for Rs.1208/- which was due on 26/09/09. I paid that also about a week back. Still my phone has not been connected and I am living in the same premises – God only known when I will get my connection. The response for reconnection is only a story. Pl. advise me should I be with you or I can look for some other agency?

  20. Now in Ghaziabad Reliance Broadband is avaliable in Rs.649 + 150 calls,unlimited with 300 kbps. However i am paying to airtel Rs.799 with no free calls.

    Should i switch to Reliance or Airtel is revising their Terif.

  21. Airtel Broadband connection

    I had called airtel broadband customer care and requested for a broadband

    connection in the flat to which i am shifting in Bellandur – Req No. TBLR 0035236.
    An executive called Shankar called me and informed me of the required docs. Right

    from here our problems started with them. He said he would call me and come and

    inspect the house and confirm if they can give connection and collect docs. But he

    never would call. On repeated calling he inspected the house on 26th Sept and

    confirmed that they can give connection. On 26th Sept he came and collected the

    docs from me for the connection. I would call him everyday atleast 10 times for

    update and he always would promise “It will be done today or tommorow i will call

    back and inform” but no call from him. I escalated the matter to his boss Om

    Karish, but even he turned out to be equally irresponsible and same thing repeats

    promise callbacks but no calls and no connection.

    On 3rd Oct I was pretty irated and when my husband called him he says they cant

    give us a connection as the distribution point is overloaded. I asked him to

    return my Rs2397/- so that I can get the connection from someone else and also

    informed him that though he cant give me the connection i will escalate this

    matter to higher authorities and even in papers. He then replies that he will try

    again and get back to us by tuesday (6th OCt). I got no update from him. I called

    Customer care and raised a complaint against Shankar and Om Karish. Complaint

    number – 25103894. Also the customer care exec informed me that the connection was

    sactioned to me on 30 sept itself and the request which i had raised was also

    closed. Hence I should have had got the connection on 30th sept itself or max on

    1st Oct. I got a message on my ohone that someone will get back to me by 7th oct

    regarding this. No one from cust care got back, instead Om Karish got back to us

    and tells us i will come and give the connection on Saturday( Oct). My husband

    asked why so long and he just replies “It is like that only. I cant give you

    before that”.

    I feels like we are dealing with some govt office. We had a BSNL connection in our

    old house. We opted Airtel because BSNL will take more time to give connectiona dn

    I was in a urgency. I work from home and Internet is the first thing i reuire

    before shifting. Now because of all these I cant even shift to the new house and I

    have to pay rent in bith places. I have incurred a loss of Rs15000/-. I am

    repeatedly calling Airtel customer care but no one calls back. Only promises that

    i will get connection today or tommorow.

    I booked a Airtel connection on 02/09/2009 and paied the 1000/-(one thousend rupee) by cheque. my form no.1764499 but till today Airtel has not given the connection and their customer care doesn’t have curtecy to call me and inform about the delay. I have given a request pls return my payment my request no. 25327690.but till today airtel has not given my payment .I have naver experienced such a irresponsible company airtel would be.

    Please return my payment. their customer care is very very poor and they don’t respond to the customers .

  24. I think Airtel people are getting mad due to their increasing sales. Two months ago I had requested for transferring of my Broadband connection to a nearby area because I was shifted. I had checked it on airtel’s website and it was covered area however my connection was never tyransferred with excuse that it is not possible in my area.
    Next thing I came to know that my landlord had already got a airtel’s connection. Again I requested for transfer but this time i received that some server is choke.
    After some time I raised a new connection request and thorugh sales officer it was confirmed that new connection is possible now. To make it sure I had called customer Care but I think they are Dummies set by airtel to make a fool out of us. After continuously calling for 3 days and even having a talk with their incharge to check if it is technically feasible now I got same replay ” I will get a caal from their technical team within 24-48 Hours” God Knows which clock they are using???
    Sales guy confirms the technical feasibility and after 5-6 days I got a call from airtel people that it is not technically feasible.
    A users wont be able to escalate the issue to any senior person in Airtel because nobody’s contact info is available.
    I believe extra success had made them think that they are the sole kings of market but they should learn that they were only preferred due to low customer satisfaction from BSNL/MTNL. Good Luck Airtel guys you are on same path that BSNL/MTNL were a few years ago.

    airtel broadband timed period within four working days but nothing has
    been done till date . only causes are being shown. kindly intall the
    connection otherwise refund my money with interest .

I have applied for a broadband connection on Nov 8th and i gave the amt 2397RS (I Keep my Chain to Pawn Broker for this money)and he have been told that connection will be given on 10 th November. But it did not happen . The person who booked the connection is Mohammed Umar and his no is 9003081313.My application no is SEFno CH 950482
    I tried contacting him he is not picking the phone.One day he answered and said he will reply back within 30 minutes and but did not reply. This is the worst attitude and bad response.He message me to cal Arun (9840987011).I made cal to him but he also did the same thing (I was Calling him frm 11th NOV). But he is a nice fellow one day(13th NOV) rarely picked my cal and asked about the problem. He promised me that he will finish with in two days.After three days again i cal him and ask the reason . He told they have no DSL ports available it will be done in a day . Daily Ten times used to cal them they never reply me properly. They are not Picking their phones. Before Collecting Money Umar used to cal me thrice a day, Now i m calling him for many times, But he is not picking my cal.If i ask to refund my money they r telling that it will come after 20 days. I never expect this from airtel.

    It is worthless, incompetent, dishonest & awful brand
    It only plays number game, & not quality services
    It is simply a waste of time, & want to loot ur hardly earned money.

    So avoid Airtel & take other connections.

    this is the final request to airtel that pl get my site at c-18 mahendu encavle delhi 110009 were the connection is installed inspeacted what weather the internet connection has ever been installed if not pl reemaberac the internet bill taken by airtel and also the internet connection in your records be cancelled with immdeate effact as i am not going to pay any futher bill entile the is final.satish

  31. I cancelled my Airtel unlimited plan A/C 14186527 ph 4296807 & returned modem beetal 110BX & telephone instrument DF5100 on 26/06/2009 ( ref 144639. I have paid all my bills & RS 592/-( ref no 2955727) with conversation with MANISH on 20/11/2009,still i am getting bills from. Howcome the account is still active & the bill is generated.This is really pathetic situation.
    i don wanna activate this connection for future

I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection in Hyderabad Madhapur Area.My problem logging Id (call ID -30077228).Two Airltel Sales guy one Named as Kumar and another person’s name I do not know came to collect my papers and cheque and on Saturday 27th Feb. 2010.At that time both told me that they will install the connection on Sunday next day. I thought that is very good. In the evening, I have cancelled my earlier reliance Netconnect connection and another reliance phone number. Sunday. in the morning, I got the call from Airtel to confirm my address and other details, and I was told that it will get completed in the afternoon. I was at home waiting for the Airtel team nobody came. In the evening when, I called I was told that it will be installed on the next day i.e. Monday i.e. on HOLI. But nobody turned up when I called up Airtel broadband office, I was told it takes 4 days to install. They told me that it will install by Wednesday but nothing happened. When called up again airtel and after repeatedly asking they give my problem logging Id (call ID -30077228) and told me that It will get resolved by Thursday i.e 4th March 2010. However when today (Friday 5th March 2010) when I called up them, after taking my call ID they are not responding. I am fade with this Airtel Broadband treatment, I want my money back. However I have not faced any problem from Airtel for my Airtel Mobile and Airtel DTH connection so far. But this oneis horrible experience.

    Airtel Broadband not working

    I am being harrassed by Bharti Airtel Telecom as my connection is not working from a week. I have complained for several no. of times to the call centre, local office, employees but to no avail which has led to my monetry loss as i am daily online trader, Also they have changed the address of the connection on their own. Some of the request numbers given by their executives are 30087536,30134030,29976098,124735176,124789665. Also now they say that your internet id has been terminated and are unable to give any valid reason for that.

  36. I am being harrassed by Bharti Airtel Telecom . Three month plan have given by an executive I have paid Rs2400/- and within a month the connection got cancelled.I have tried the customercare several times names like Jaya and Raju attened my calls.I have give up.One and half month I am not using the airtel connection last week they have send a advocate notice.And I directly went to the Guidy,Chennai office the executive suresh kumar threaden me and I have paid Rs1000 for the last dealing.
    I have lost hard earning money rs3500 for the Airtel

    I am existing Airtel broadband user and had requested for a wifi connection on 9th of March with request no. 30402948. I had been told that it will take maximum of two days of time to install this connection. After three days when I had not received any communication from Airtel, I again called customer care and asked for status Ms. Maria (customer care executive) told me that I called to some Mr. Mohsin (customer care executive) on 11th March at 1:30 and told him to cancel the request (which I never did). I was surprised that my request had been canceled without informing me and Airtel customer care executive telling me that I am lying. I tried to talk to some senior official of Airtel customer care and Mr. Deepak picked the phone who also told me the same status and generated new request.
    I was under impression that Airtel would provide good services to its customer but after seeing above matter, I have to change my mindset and if I get same service from Airtel, I have to change my service provider. Hope Airtel would improve its services, provide training to their employee. Being a Businessman I know importance of customer satisfaction but do not know about Airtel.

  39. Hi This is Vinod Gupta and i have 1 airtel connection with broadband service and i am very unhappy with the service due to many reasons . Lemme explain you about that prob
    1) I called in the month of feb 2010 and i was using 499 unlimited internet with 100 free calls and unfortunately my computer crashed so i called for cancelling the service , than they gave me 1 option , they (airtel) said that there is no need for cancelling the service , they said that right now i can downgrade my service plan to 499 limited internet with 450 free calls and when i would fix the my prob with computer than i can call us again and can go to the same plan. Than i said O.K fine..

    2) Than i called on 7 or 8th of march 2010 after resolving the problem with my computer and i told airtel that i want to go to my same plan 499 unlimited internet with 100 calls and they told me that there is no such plan available..
    They said that i cant go back to my previous plan
    than i told them that i want to cancel my service
    they transferred my call to cancellation department
    i told the same ting to them , than they told me that there is 1 plan available which is 499 unlimited internet with no calls , than i said i want to cancel my service , than they offered me 649 plan with unlimited internet and 100 free calls with 20% discount
    than i said O.K, lets do that. But you cant even imagine they changed my plan to 499 unlimited internet with no free calls automatically, i don’t know how they can do that but they did that , than i called again and i told the same thing to the customer care and since than i am calling everyday and they are just raising the request everyday again and again and they are telling me that they cant transfer the call to supervisor or manager or cancellation department and everyday they are telling me that we would call you with 1 business day , within 2 business days but its been more than 10 days that i waited for any response but i didn’t get any response and now i am still on call with airtel and i am on hold since last 20 mins and they are not receiving my call. I don’t know what they want me to do . I am gonna take legal action against airtel .

  40. Dear Sir,
    I applied for the airtel broadband 1699 freedom plan in january 2nd week…Your executive came and collected the 1000(in cash) rupees for landline and security charges, But after a day or two he called up and said they wouldnt be able to provide services because of some problem but they would refund the money by cheque within 3 working days even though those 3 dayxs havent passed still, its been 2 months, when i call them they tell some story about making a call to me in 15 minutes that too doesnt come….. If you cant provide your services then you must do the needful atleast… please take necessary action as i want this issue to be amicably solved

  41. airtell conection is worst i am waiting for long time the airtell executives are begging to get conection after getting cheq from me they are not responding properly and speaking illigely and irrespective manner dear public dont recomend any one for airtell now only i able to know how airtell is earning they r cheating public

    The broadband connection was given last week and the person who came to dig a connection from nearby place did not fill the pits after the connection was given hence we are having a quaral daily with our neibours hence the airtel people are so lathargic in doing the work

  43. m….Good Airtel doing very good service. And i sent a request asking me a plan as Combo 499 – 1mbps unlimited speed to airtle. But they replied as not eligible to get Madurai people. Only some people can get …as thirupur , coimbatore and so on. How they are providing good service to people? Who one can taking action against airtel?

  44. I have registered for Airtel Broadband 899 plan. They collected the money and assured that they will give the connection very next day..but many days have been passed away…when I try to contact them (Rahul – Airtel Representative ),they didn’t attend the call and if they attend ,they are not responding well..I am very much disappointed with Airtel.

    I am using TATA Indicom from last 3 years, I never get these type of problem. I am very much happy with TATA Indicom……Request you to please return my Money and my documents.

    This is ridicules…………

    We don’t want to take airtel connection any more…….I want my money back…..

  45. Ya.. u guys al r correct.. airtel persons are great frauds in the world. They collected 1000 rs from me by begging that they wud giv connection within 3 days, but it has been 2 weeks, still they r not giving any proper responses. Wen i try to call the executive, that idiotic fellow wont pickup the phone at all. if he pickups, he just tel one or two word and then cut the phone. i dont know wat hell is going around that people. Best way is to beat them in public, so that other people wont get cheated like me or others.

  46. I chose to have AIRTEL Boradband connection just because that I had a very wrong perception that in times of trouble I would get a prompt respose from them. My broadband in my office is not working for last 5 days and I got a standard response every time that this problem will be resolved within a day but it still persists and I have suffered heavy loses as my all employees in every department is siting ideal and has nothing to do without an Internet connection ……I must say that your services are very poor and my advice to others that think a minimum of 100 times before you chose AIRTEL as a service provider for You….. Shame on you AIRTEL

  47. I am jz planning to get one internet connection for home use….after reading all dis I am really scared to go for Airtel…really its a shame for airtel if its all true…
