Do I Look Pretty?
Why should a Hall of Space at Gujarat Science city be inaugurated by Mr. L.K Advani who probably would not even know the ABC of Science?
This is what Mr. Advani had to say after taking the tour of the facility “It was a nice experience. Science City is as educating as it is entertaining.” I would expect a 4 year old to say this!

L.K. ADVANI has no doubt added a lot of political weight since he became the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate but the Leader of the Opposition has discovered that his weight would amount to more if he were, say, on Jupiter or Neptune.
While inaugurating the Hall of Space at Gujarat’s Science City on Sunday, Advani was handed a chart that showed how his weight – 78.3 kg on Earth – would vary on different planets, because of the varying gravitational forces of the planets. He was amused to see that he would weigh a mere 29.52 kg on Mars, 29.6 kg on Mercury and only 13 kg on the Moon.
By contrast, he would weigh a mammoth 184.79 kg on Jupiter, 88.01 kg on Neptune, 71.72 kg on Saturn, 71.02 kg on Venus and 69.61kg on Uranus. Advani, who was photographed in a space suit with Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi by his side, said of his experience at the Hall of Space: “It was a nice experience. Science City is as educating as it is entertaining.”
The BJP leader was also handed a “boarding pass” for a journey through the solar system that read: Astronaut L.K. Advani, Flight no: Space Explorer SE 001. From: Ahmedabad. Destination: Mars. How’s that for a high-flying leader!
