Problems with HP Service again

I purchased an HP laptop(DV4-1204TU/NL092PA) on 06/07/2009. within a month there was some problem with display and the screen displayed green dots all over.
After some time we went on one of HP service centres SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (Dadar, Mumbai) on 05/09/2009 they said that we need to leave the laptop and they will check properly and get back as to what is the issue.
Post giving the laptop till date we are following up for the same but there is no update. Firstly nobody from the service centre calls to give an update. Secondly we have made some 20 phone calls and visited the centre atleast 4 times but we are yet to see our laptop. Thirdly everytime we get a new reason as to why the laptop is not ready. Sometimes the spare part has not been delivered, sometimes the delivered spare part is faulty, sometimes the spare part is delivered but laptop is not repaired. It is so strange that a spare part import takes more than 45 days.
Fourth I was told the laptop will be delivered at my residence on Monday and again no laptop. Fifth today again I called them up at to what happened to the laptop I am told that a person has already left to deliver the laptop for my residence and will reach in 5-10 mins as he has left half an hour back. One and half
hour down am still waiting.
This kind of extremely pathetic and dissatisfactory service is just not acceptable. I have been asking that on which date of which year will the laptop be delivered and who will be responsible for the business loss that I have incurred due to absence of laptop in the past 45 days and more days to come???
