World Class Infrastructure! Where?

Anyone can make an image like this on PhotoShop! Show me one place in Delhi which looks as pretty as the picture shown below. Who are these politicians fooling? Also I don’t understand why they have to put their photographs below every public advertisement, why is this kind of self branding allowed?

World Class Infrastructure! We haven’t even got the Infrastructure part right, forget it being World Class.

Seeing pictures of useless politicians in tax-payer-money-funded advertisments is really frustrating. On top of that the ad is a lie!
